August 16, 2025, a day destined to be recorded in history. The 80th anniversary celebration of the Smart Agriculture Construction Company is held grandly in Yancheng, known as the "Eastern Wetland Capital"! Nearly 400 people, including group leaders, senior management of the company, frontline backbone, industry association leaders, partner representatives, veteran military leaders, loyalty and dedication award winners, and representatives of overseas employees' families, gathered together to celebrate this glorious moment. The celebration event is themed "Forge Ahead for 80 Years, Set Sail Again with Original Aspiration Like a Rock". Through watching corporate promotional videos, leader speeches, awards and commendations, on-site visits, cultural performances, and other activities, it comprehensively showcases the extraordinary journey of smart agriculture in the past 80 years and the ambitious aspirations for the future.

Before the official start of the celebration, the attendees first watched a specially made corporate promotional video. At 3:18 pm, the celebration ceremony kicked off. The Chairman and General Manager of Smart Agriculture, Xiang Zhipeng, first delivered a celebratory speech. In his speech, Xiang deeply reviewed the glorious 80 year journey of the enterprise's hard work and summarized its development history with "three leaps": the industrial leap from manual workshops to intelligent manufacturing, the spatial leap from local operation to global layout, and the value leap from a single product to the entire industry chain. He particularly emphasized that the 80 years of smart agriculture have been written by generations of people with passion, hard work, and perseverance. Among the five winners, there is Cai Jinjun, a "pioneer officer" who has been steadfast in Vietnam for 26 years, measured the market with his footsteps, expanded his territory with his beliefs, and dedicated his youth and passion to overseas endeavors; Cui Haitao, who has been rooted in the front line for decades, writes dedication in the roar of machines, has zero delay in troubleshooting nearly ten thousand times, improved efficiency through nearly a hundred technological innovations, and used his hands to protect the pulse of production; Xu Yi, the core inventor of dozens of patents, takes innovation as his pen, persistence as his ink, and tirelessly cultivates on the fertile soil of technology; Yang Chunlin, a financial manager who uses account books as his blade, data as his armor, defines dedication through action, and demonstrates responsibility through meticulousness; Yang Yishou, a "true hero" who has been attached to the plateau for twenty years, suffered serious injuries and relied on crutches to protect the factory area, and fought for the "lifeline" of the mine. He has been a benchmark for safety for eight years. Eighty years of original aspiration like a rock, eighty years of glory built together! It is these loyal and dedicated smart agricultural workers who, day after day, have forged the cornerstone of the company's development.
