The company can continue to thrive through the changes of the times, overcome countless challenges and grow stronger, relying on the wisdom, sweat, loyalty and dedication of generations of employees. This 80th anniversary celebration is not only a retrospective and tribute to the past glory, but also a profound condensation and grand display of the company's spirit and culture, which has received unanimous praise from the attending leaders, guests, and various sectors of society.

The successful holding of the event cannot be achieved without the active cooperation and enthusiastic participation of the employees. You have ensured the smooth progress of all aspects with a high sense of responsibility and collective honor, demonstrating the company's spirit of unity and striving for progress. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the colleagues in the preparation team! You added countless highlights to the celebration with your wonderful performances and full enthusiasm, winning rounds of applause and cheers.

Looking back on the past 80 years, the reason why the company has been able to overcome obstacles and forge ahead is due to the passing down of the "Iron Army" spirit of "iron faith, iron will, iron unity, iron discipline, and iron style" from generation to generation, and the promotion of the fine traditions of hard work, unity and cooperation, excellence, and courage to innovate.
